60-Day Risk-Free Protection for Owners (In addition to the Neighborly Done Right Promise)
We stand behind our commitment to relieving your hassles. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied in the first 60 days, you can terminate your agreement. No questions asked. Just let us know in writing that you wish to terminate our services and we will waive all future management fees. No hassle, argument, questions, or hard feelings.
Rented in 29 Days Plan
We understand how important turnaround is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 29 days or less (when following the recommendations of your Real Property Management team), you will receive an additional 50% discount on your leasing cost.
Tenant Replacement Protection
We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away – leaving you with an empty property, no rent, and the expense of finding a new tenant. If we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than nine months, we will place a new qualified tenant at no additional cost.
Resources & Benefit Packages
We’ve partnered with Steady® and Second Nature™ to bring our clients the best in the business benefit packages. The Owner Benefit Package includes Rental Income Protection in the case of lease breaks, tenant abandonment, or military service relocations.
